Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in and purchase of any products or experiences associated with The Slumber Party Series™ and Box™, operated by Consciously Living™, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), owned and managed by Leah Smith.

By purchasing, attending, or participating in any Slumber Party event, workshop, or related offering, You (“User,” “Participant,” or “Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of the Experience

The Slumber Party Series™ is an experiential program designed to foster wellness, mindfulness, and connection through curated group gatherings and themed boxes. Each event may include skincare, relaxation techniques, journaling, community discussions, and light movement.

The accompanying Slumber Party Box™ is a curated experience kit assembled to complement a scheduled live or virtual event.

  • Items within each box are not for individual retail sale.

  • Each kit is intended solely as part of the collective Slumber Party experience.

  • Contents may vary between events, and substitutions may occur based on availability.

By participating, You acknowledge that this is an educational and experiential offering, not a medical, cosmetic, or therapeutic treatment.

2. Parent Company

The Slumber Party Series™ is a DBA under Consciously Living™, LLC, which also operates The Face Yoga Institute™ and Fika with Leah™. These Terms incorporate the broader policies of Consciously Living™, LLC.

3. Eligibility

Participation is intended for adults 18 years and older. Minors may participate only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, names, and methods related to The Slumber Party Series™ and Box™ are the exclusive property of Consciously Living™, LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or create derivative content from any materials provided during or after the event without written permission.

5. No Medical, Therapeutic, or Legal Advice

All information, activities, and discussions provided as part of The Slumber Party Series™ are for general educational and personal development purposes only.

  • Not a substitute for medical care: Activities such as relaxation, skincare routines, or mindfulness practices are not medical treatments and should not replace the advice of a licensed physician or therapist.

  • Consult your healthcare provider: Always seek professional medical advice before using any product, practicing new skincare or wellness routines, or engaging in exercises if you have pre-existing conditions or allergies.

  • Emotional and spiritual discussions: Topics discussed during events are meant for reflection and connection, not as therapy or counseling.

  • Business or life discussions: Any coaching or business conversation within the experience is educational and advisory, not legal or financial advice.

Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

6. Product and Allergy Disclaimer

The Slumber Party Box™ may contain skincare products, oils, masks, or materials intended for external use only.
By using these products, You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for reading all ingredient labels and performing a patch test prior to use.

  • Products may contain natural ingredients, essential oils, or botanical elements that could cause sensitivity or allergic reactions.

  • The Company and its representatives are not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, rashes, or sensitivitiesresulting from product use.

  • All products are provided “as is,” and the Company disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding suitability or effectiveness.

7. Event Participation and Safety

By attending or participating in any in-person, virtual, or hybrid Slumber Party event, You agree that:

  • Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during the session.

  • You will not record, distribute, or livestream content without written consent.

  • Events may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes, and attendance constitutes consent to incidental appearance.

  • The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior without refund.

8. Payments and Refunds

  • All purchases and ticket sales for Slumber Party Series™ experiences, boxes, or kits are final once payment is processed or shipment begins.

  • Due to the customized and hygienic nature of the boxes, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

  • If an event is canceled by the Company, participants may receive a rescheduled date or credit at the Company’s discretion.

  • Subscriptions or memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

9. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Slumber Party Boxes™ are shipped via standard carriers.

  • The Company is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.

  • Replacement requests for damaged items must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery with supporting photos.

10. Affiliate Links and Third Parties

The Company may share affiliate links or collaborate with brands aligned with conscious-living values. These are provided for convenience only. The Company is not liable for the actions, quality, or content of third-party partners.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company, its owner, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injuries, reactions, losses, or damages arising from your participation or use of products.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your actions, use of products, or violation of this Agreement.

This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, skin irritation, emotional distress, or other consequences of participation.

12. Technology and Access

Access to virtual events requires a reliable internet connection and compatible device. The Company is not responsible for participant-side connectivity issues, login errors, or technical failures.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, technical failures, or platform outages. In such cases, a credit or rescheduled event may be offered.

14. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our official website or linked platforms. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, U.S.A. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Livingston Parish, Louisiana.
