Spiritual Guidance
If you’ve been following me on social media, you might have come across some of my stories about Leigh Ann. Our paths crossed shortly after my divorce, when I decided to take a beginner’s yoga class. Leigh Ann was one of the instructors, and while I didn’t know it at the time, she’s also an incredibly gifted spiritual medium. During my second class, she revealed her gift by offering a profound reading to another client, and from that moment on, our friendship blossomed. We’ve shared many experiences since then, and I can honestly say that her abilities are truly extraordinary. If you’re seeking spiritual guidance or want to connect with loved ones who have passed, I wholeheartedly recommend Leigh Ann.
Insight Timer

Insight Timer is available both as a website and an app, making it easy to access wherever you are. I’ve found it to be a wonderful tool for relaxing and unwinding after a long day, thanks to its soothing sounds and guided meditations. With a diverse range of contributors, there’s something for everyone—whether you’re interested in yoga, sleep meditations, or breathwork.
Tapping
Honestly, I was the biggest skeptic when I first heard about this. The idea of 'tapping' on specific acupuncture points to release trapped emotions sounded pretty out there. But I decided to keep an open mind and give it a try—and I have to admit, there’s something to it. So, I’m sharing the tools that worked for me. You can explore the Tapping Solution app (there’s a fee), or check out free YouTube videos by Brad Yates.
